Does Dhaki cost anything for patients?
No. Finding your clinic, requesting appointments, keeping your medical profile and raising an emergency are free, and always will be.
How soon will I know if my appointment is confirmed?
Usually the same day. Your clinic accepts the time, suggests another, or lets you know it will not work, and you are told either way.
How does a clinic join?
An owner signs up in the app and tells us about the practice. Most clinics are ready to take bookings the same day.
Who can see my medical information?
Only the clinics you have chosen to join, and only while you are registered with them. It is never sold and never shared with anyone else.
What happens when I press SOS?
Your clinic's on-call team is alerted straight away, along with where you are. Their phones keep ringing until somebody answers.
Which phones does it work on?
Dhaki is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices. The app is designed to run smoothly on smartphones released within the last few years.
